This is the skill which is very beneficial for any kind of business and for any industry present in the market.  This skill is the core skill of online business, which is to use different media platform to promote the services, products and to approach the people maximum and to develop the lead generation (Nadda  et al., 2015).  Almost a year ago I have learnt this skill from renowned institute of the city, the main purpose was to develop the business and make your services accessible to everyone. In this duration you will learn how to run campaign of you new products or  services, what people want? What is in demand? How can you engage customer to become regular customer, after selling product analysis of the feedback and their result, as well as approaching the customer and competitors available in the market. There are different platforms such as whatsapp business, Instagram, Facebook, snapchat  etc the posting and launching of products on right time is the core of this skill. This is the skill which doesn’t need any investment but there are requirement of learning how to use different platforms such as facebook, whatsapp business and Instagram and how to use the Mobile and Laptop.

We are living in the digital era where every person has mobile and laptop, and most of the them especially the age group of 18 to 50 years, and these are the persons which do shopping more. In   your skills this is not about only one thing, you always need to focus on how present my product attractively how you can gain attention of the people and how you can build their trust. This skill is very beneficial, to be successful with skill the criteria is very easy and approachable such as if you are selling any winter sweater, you have to make advertisement post on the right time such as the start of the winter, you have to keep an eye on the people who are interested, some people use social media platform just for social update, the toughest thing is to convince them, as you cannot talk them, there is no face to face feature so your post Caption helps you to convince them to buy a sweater in the start season, which they can get at discount price.  Point come which things tell me, you are successful in your skills and your skill is enhancing your business? This is the number of the orders you get in one day, How much people approach you to get the information about the products, and in them how much people place the order, how much give positive feedback and counting their reviews. Other things include, in post how much you get likes and comment, the number of likes tells you how much people get your post and they are interested or liking your product. your other approach is to check the countries of the customer, which part of the country is more ordering and which is not, if people is asking for information but not ordering then what is there demand, and working on it.
